Our furnace stopped working on the weekend because the blower motor failed. We called Fuse, and they were able to come out quickly, diagnose the problem, and replace the motor without delay. A great experience. We have a nonstandard whole house fan that works well but had stopped and is quite old. We suspected a capacitor but also just needed someone to assess if it was time to replace it. Dmitrii came out, was prompt and quickly addressed the issue. Over washing machine decided it no longer wished to rinse or spin. I was able to book a service appointment for the following morning. Dmitri was very responsive and repaired the washing machine in about an hour. I appreciated the quick service and how communicative Dmitri was throughout.
